Who we are

ARC Digital is an Australian business led by Kevin Raju, providing process improvement, workflow automation and systems integration services to small and medium-sized businesses. You can contact us at kevin@arcdigital.com.au.

What we collect

• From the enquiry form: your name, email address, company name and the process you describe; optionally your role, team size, website and existing systems.
• Whether you ticked the optional box to receive practical updates, with the wording you saw and the time you ticked it.
• From the booking calendar (Calendly): the time you booked, your timezone, and any cancellation or reschedule.
• Optional preparation answers you choose to give before the call, and notes Kevin makes during or after it.
• Campaign labels from the link you followed (for example which post or advert). These never contain personal information.
• Email delivery events (delivered, bounced, complaint) for messages we send you.
• A record of any unsubscribe request, so that we do not contact you again.

Nothing is saved until you press the button to submit the form. We do not use advertising pixels or cookies for tracking. Aggregate page measurement is off unless enabled; if enabled it counts page views without any personal information and respects Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals. The administrator sign-in uses a cookie that is only set for ARC Digital staff.

How we use it

• To respond to your enquiry and arrange the call you requested, including one email with a link to choose a time.
• To confirm and remind you about the call, and to prepare for the conversation.
• Only if you opted in: occasional practical updates about process improvement, automation and AI. Every such email includes an unsubscribe link that works without signing in, and we act on it immediately.

We do not sell your information, buy contact lists, research you automatically, or send your details to artificial intelligence services for processing. Calls are not recorded or transcribed.

Service providers

We use Supabase (database and administrator sign-in), Vercel (website hosting), Calendly (booking calendar) and Resend (email delivery). Our database is hosted in Australia. The other providers may store or process some information outside Australia, including in the United States, under their own privacy terms. Access to your information inside ARC Digital is limited to named administrator accounts, and every administrative action is logged.

How long we keep it

Enquiry and booking records are deleted after 24 months without further contact. The content of emails we sent you is removed after 12 months. If you unsubscribe or ask us to delete your information, we keep only your email address with the date and reason, so that we do not contact you again.

Access, correction and deletion

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or make a privacy complaint, by contacting Kevin Raju at kevin@arcdigital.com.au. We will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
